By downloading or using CryptoBaza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

CryptoBaza is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracker. It aggregates balance data from supported exchanges and blockchains using read-only access and publicly available APIs. It is provided for informational purposes only.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing in CryptoBaza constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device and API keys
Using only read-only API keys with CryptoBaza
Complying with the terms of service of any exchange you connect
Complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

5. Third-Party Services

CryptoBaza relies on third-party APIs (CoinGecko, CoinCap, CryptoCompare, exchange APIs, blockchain explorers, MistTrack, FRED, and others) for data. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or actions of these services.

6. Free and Pro Tiers

CryptoBaza is available in two tiers: a fully functional Free tier with sensible caps, and an optional Pro tier sold via in-app purchase through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Pro unlocks additional supported exchanges, raises caps on wallets, tracked addresses, and contacts, unlocks AML compliance checks, adds extended market indicator history, and enables advanced data features (such as CSV export). The specific feature scope of each tier is described inside the app at the upgrade screen and may change over time. Refunds are subject to the policies of the App Store or Google Play.

7. Limitation of Liability

CryptoBaza is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the app, including inaccurate balance data or API outages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within CryptoBaza is the property of the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
